"My First 10 Shlokas" is a purely digital info-kit containing downloadable Ebooks (PDF) and Audio Files (MP3). No physical goods are shipped to your physical address.
1. Digital Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment completion via Razorpay, your order is delivered through three automated channels:
- Instant On-Screen Download: Available immediately on the Thank You screen after payment.
- Automated Email Delivery: Access links and attachments sent to your email address within 5 minutes.
- WhatsApp Delivery: Google Drive links sent to your registered WhatsApp number shortly after purchase.
2. Shipping Charges
Since all materials are delivered digitally over the internet, there are Zero Shipping or Handling Charges (₹0 Shipping Fee) for customers worldwide.
3. Delivery Assistance & Non-Receipt
If you experience any technical delay in receiving your email or WhatsApp download links, or if you enter an incorrect contact credential during payment, please email us with your Order ID or Transaction reference at support@autonetlabs.com. Our team will re-send your files within 12 hours.
