Because "My First 10 Shlokas" is delivered instantly upon successful payment via online download links, orders cannot be cancelled mid-transit. However, you are fully protected by our 7-day money-back guarantee policy post-purchase.

2. 7-Day Refund Policy & Conditions

We want you and your child to be 100% satisfied with the kit. If for any reason you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your ₹251 payment.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

1. Send an email to support@autonetlabs.com.
2. Include your Order ID or the email address / phone number used during checkout.
3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 12 hours.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once initiated, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI account, Credit/Debit card, or Bank account) via Razorpay within 5-7 business days as per standard banking procedures.
